Bungalow 12 is one of twelve bungalows on a private site.  Furnished to cater for up to 4 people with two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds.  Bed linen is provided, along with tea and hand towels.  We ask that you bring your own bath and beach towels.

The bungalow has storage heaters which are paid for out of the holiday rent.  The remainder of the electricity charges are from a meter which takes £1 coins.  We make sure there is at least £5 credit on the meter when you arrive.

You have access to a TV, DVD and video player.  The TV has access to digital freeview channels. 

There is a selection of videos, DVDs and books which you are welcome to watch/read during your stay.

The kitchen provides an oven/grill and 4 plate electric hob along with a microwave oven.

There is a washing machine and dryer available in the bungalow.

We do not allow smoking in the bungalow.

We have been allowing dogs recently on the understanding that they are not up on the furniture or causing damage.  If you feel the furniture option is unrealistic please bring your own covers/rugs as the next people in after you may not wish to inhale damp dog fumes from the sofa or chairs !  Dogs are allowed on Welcombe Beach all year round.
